Survived field day in the drizzle with DD3 in the ring sling....need to find motivation to go to the grocery store now

DD is at daycare and I'm home with DS. I can not put him down for more than 2 minutes without him crying. So I'm sitting on the couch, still in my pj's at 2pm, watching Fixer Upper. I'm contemplating ordering a K'tan from Amazon because if this is going to be a trend for awhile, I need something to help me be able to hands free.

Howdy! Still pregnant lol. Had spicy food for lunch but no idea if it will do anything. I'm going to go to yoga tonight so that will be nice though it's been harder the lower the baby has been. DW stayed home "sick" today cause she feels really run down. She's also been having more anxiety than usual and I hope she can pull it together for labor soon. She feels like this past year has caught up with her and I'm like well life is about to get way more intense so you need to pull out together now!!! 😝 Not sure what I'm going to do for the afternoon before yoga. I definitely don't have the "nesting/cleaning" drive!

We got our new dishwasher installed today! The guy was super nice, and had his 12yo son with him teaching him what he does which was super sweet! He was way better than the guy from last week
DS has been getting lazy with latching. I've had to readjust his latch every feeding bc it hurts. It's weird because he was latching good on his own before.

The boys took turns being up from 12am to 3am again. It's super tiring. I'm trying nap bit it's not working but I'm staying in bed because I'm frustrated at dh and want to avoid him.

sleepymonkey we have a k'tan and love It! It was a lifesaver with dd1 bc she wouldn't sleep unless held for 6 weeks so I say go for it. I have only used twice so far with dd2 to go outside with dd1. She sleeps wherever you put her so far. rosesquared sending labor vibes your way! C'mon baby! We had newborn pics this morning. Dd1 wasn't super cooperative but once we bribed her with chocolate, I think we got some cute ones of both girls together and good ones of dd2. Now I am going to be impatiently waiting for proofs!! Dh is going back to work tomorrow and dd1 back to daycare. It's going to be strange to have just me and dd2. I'm so used to dd2 being home whenever I am the past 3yr 2mo. She definitely needs to get back in her routine though.

cubbiebear325, good to know you liked the K'tan because I just ordered one! I had a Moby with DD but I hated it because I found it too complicated. I have a Lillebaby carrier but it doesn't seem like something I would want to use around the house. Up until a few days ago DS would sleep wherever but now that he seems to be becoming more aware of his surroundings, he also has more of an opinion on where he wants to sleep.

emmalynn Yay, congrats!! I've got a sleeping baby on me. I need him to wake up and eat because my boobs are getting uncomfortable. Also waiting for DH to get home so I can bathe DS1.
