txcatlady A road trip?!? Like...what?? That's an odd thing to want to do with a baby. I don't even want to road trip with my baby. The card thing is annoying too. My ILs give each other cards from DS1 and it makes me so annoyed and weirded out. piratecat You're not alone. I have nothing for H. But between Christmas and Father's Day we have both our birthdays and Valentine's Day...it's just too much after a while!!

My toddler has a 103* fever. I am not amused and will be even less amused if the newborn gets sick

cmb hope your kiddo feels better and doesn't get the baby sick piratecat I think you're off the hook this year! DH and I decided well celebrate next year. We didn't do anything for Mother's Day either since DS was a week old.

cmb I hope your toddler recovers quick!! Mine had a 103 the week after we brought baby home and she didn't get it so I hope you have the same luck!!

We all had a cold the first week of DS2's life and he avoided it then so I'm trying to be optimistic. DS1 woke up from his nap drenched in sweat so I'm hoping this means the fever broke |

Ugh txcatlady wth to your mil? Dd1 is 3 and has never spent the night elsewhere yet (though we are getting close, she has been asking to stay at my IL). Your kid, you decide...and also get the card for your dh. Dd1 threw up at 6 am. Nothing since but she's not been eating or acting like herself. She went down for a nap, on her own (which never happens) way earlier than normal and is still sleeping so add me to hoping baby doesn't get whatever she has. cmb hope your ds1 is better soon and ds2 doesn't get it! |
