My baby is a Christian as of this afternoon! She wore my christening dress and screamed through the service lol! No drama so that was good. Where did the weekend go?

+1 to weird behind-the-ear junk.
IUD goes in tomorrow. I'm still nervous that it's going to tank my supply and I'm not looking forward to potentially spotting for a long period of time, but i guess I'm gonna go through with it.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I got my IUD (minera) nearly two weeks ago and zero supply issues so far! Last night I couldn't sleep from the engorgement pain on the side that E didn't nurse on. But yeah, I am spotting. Some days I wear a liner, some days I don't. I am noticing tiny breakouts on my face.... but it's also gotten super warm and humid here and I'm sweating a ton more so that might be it too. |

DD is fearless apparently. She wanted to get on every single ride and loved the roller coaster ones especially. If I can figure out how I'll post a picture because I'm dying. It's too adorable.  ETA pic. |

Anybody else's baby have gross crust behind their ears? What's up with that? It's kind of like the neck cheese thing but crusty and when I try to get it off it's red and gross underneath. It doesn't seem to be helped even when I try to clean back there more. Yup we have that too - I've just been cleaning more often |

pivot, she's hysterical. I'm feeling all the feels, youguise. I think I mentioned I signed the severance agreement on Friday. And I noticed today that my old company posted a video under the Team section of the site that was all kumbaya. And it just made me incredibly sad. I cannot believe they pulled what they pulled. I did REALLY good work for them. And I was NICE to people. I bought EACH person in the company personalized Christmas presents. I made soup when people were sick. Treated people to coffee and lunch countless times. It's just so deeply, profoundly hurtful. H says I need to stop putting my heart into things the way I do. Your work is a commodity you trade in exchange for money. Stop believing work people are good people and caring about them so much. I think he's kind of right.

loves2shop4shoes I'm going to disagree with your H on this one. I felt that way after my last job let me go while on mat. leave. I found a new job and really and truely believe most of the people i work with are good people and I greatly value my relationships with them. I also think this stems from working for a good company. I know it still stings and to be honest I still get upset by my last company too. BUT you can find a great job at a good company. It's out there I promise. In the meantime though feel all your feels. It's a hard spot to be in. Hugs ❤

I agree with pivot, loves2shop4shoes. I worked for a non profit and I routinely went to bat for my team because our dept had it particularly rough. If anybody said anything about their work or tried to put any of them in a negative light, I went all mama bear and threw down for them every time. It may be a job, but you spend so much of your day to day life there, you're going to form bonds. 2nd tag for you pivot, that kid is wonderful. Keep that shot for life. wildflower, I'll highfive you because I would hurl. I can't handle people things so the nose frida freaks me out. |
