- Age/sex of your baby/babies?
8 weeks - Boy
- How's it going, any upcoming doctor's appointments or milestones you'd like to discuss?
2 month appt on Friday! I'm excited to find out how big he's gotten, but I am not excited about the vaccinations.

Anyone else's baby waking up more frequently after 4am? After that feeding, I can basically count on DS waking up hourly. Sometimes he just fusses and goes back to sleep, but it still wakes me up. He seems to be working on a big morning poop or something. MH and I switch places around 5 or 6am so that he can soothe DS in the bassinet until the the 7am feeding.

Just relaxing at home with MH. My parents invited us over for burgers, but I just didn't feel like packing up all of our crap when I was just over there all day yesterday. They also don't understand awake times and let DS get overtired if I don't pay attention and intervene. I totally understand that they like playing and interacting with him. They are extremely helpful, though, and make sure that I can eat and take naps as needed.

Age/sex of your baby/babies? 10 weeks, boy
- How's it going, any upcoming doctor's appointments or milestones you'd like to discuss? We got a 9(!) hour stretch last night followed by another two. I'll be knocking on all the wood today. He has his 2m check up on Thursday with his first round of vaccines (his pedi was out of town last week)
- Do you have any questions or concerns that you'd like advice on? Feeding, sleeping, anything?
Not really. He's a completely different baby since we've started Zantac. We're struggling to find a cereal he'll accept in his bottles though- he doesn't like oatmeal, multigrain or barley. His pediatrician doesn't want us to do rice but it may have to come to that because he did seem to like the AR formula (which has rice starch in it)

We haven't done a thing today. My favorite thing

- Boy, 8 weeks on Thursday - follow up appointment for his hospital visit tomorrow. Also he just started smiling. I feel like he's pretty late with this but I'm glad he's finally giving us some! - No questions or concerns really. gimmesugar B is usually super fussy between 4 and 6 so you're not alone. It's pretty consistent. I'm sure it's because I like to shower around 5 lol. - No plans, we've just done some random stuff today. We did go to our towns celebration yesterday and had a great time.

- How's it going, any upcoming doctor's appointments or milestones you'd like to discuss? Going good. Dr appt tomorrow. Excite to see how much he has gained. Dh is convinced he says Hello when 'talking'. It's cute to see Dh get so excited about the baby.

- QOTW: Any good plans for the 4th of July? For our Canadian mamas, did you do anything fun for Canada Day? Fireworks last night. Parade, bbq and fireworks tonight. Busy days mean for restful nights, right?

- Age/sex of your baby/babies? Boy 8 weeks
- How's it going, any upcoming doctor's appointments or milestones you'd like to discuss? 2 mo Dr appt on Thursday. Excited to see his new measurements but not looking forward to shots.
- Do you have any questions or concerns that you'd like advice on? Feeding, sleeping, anything? Not really. I just hope DS starts sleeping a little longer at night. he is still up every 2-3 hrs. He's been fighting naps in his swing this week, going to try putting him in his crib and see if that helps.
- QOTW: Any good plans for the 4th of July? For our Canadian mamas, did you do anything fun for Canada Day? We've done nothing today.

txcatlady Our babies are the same age, and DS recently started fighting sleep. According to my Wonder Weeks app, he's going through a leap...he seems more distracted by stuff in the room when I'm trying to nurse now that he can see better. Think that could be the issue? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk There's one at 5ish weeks from the EDD as well as 8. The first 4 leaps only give about a week or two of reprieve between them. Once you get past the 4th, you see longer between them but they also last a lot longer (leap 4 can be 4-6 weeks ðŸ˜).

- Age/sex of your baby/babies? 9 weeks, boy
- How's it going, any upcoming doctor's appointments or milestones you'd like to discuss? O had his 2 month appt on Monday. He did well with his vaccinations and is growing like a weed. I had to put him in 6m PJ's last night because he's getting too long for 3m!
- Do you have any questions or concerns that you'd like advice on? Feeding, sleeping, anything? We're good this week
- QOTW: Any good plans for the 4th of July? For our Canadian mamas, did you do anything fun for Canada Day? We just went to my parents' house for a family bbq. DD wanted fireworks so H just bought some cheapies from Walmart which were good enough for a 3yo. O was overstimulated and overtired by the time they started setting off the fireworks he and I just stayed inside so he could chill out.

gimmesugar, tortor4, lildiamondeyes, we're also 8 weeks (2 months today!) and the 5-7 am period is a toss up. We had a couple days where they slept from 4-7:30 or eight, and others where we were tending to them every 15 minutes. Cause there's two, and they don't always sync up.

- Age/sex of your baby/babies? b/g twins, 2 months today!
- How's it going, any upcoming doctor's appointments or milestones you'd like to discuss? Both are smiling, Violet less consistently than Lucas. She's my better sleeper, so we joke that she knows us less because she's always got her eyes closed. They're both becoming more interested in things around them, which is really fun to watch.
- Do you have any questions or concerns that you'd like advice on? Feeding, sleeping, anything? For now, we're good.
- QOTW: Any good plans for the 4th of July? For our Canadian mamas, did you do anything fun for Canada Day? We had a quiet day at home yesterday, but in the morning won second place in our town's 4th of July stroller contest!

Age/sex of your baby/babies? 6w2d girl
- How's it going, any upcoming doctor's appointments or milestones you'd like to discuss? We are definitely in leap 1 (born 39w) and 6w growth spurt. Her day sleep has went to crap the past few days. Yesterday she napped maybe 3-3.5h in a 12h period (home all day) and holy over tired crankiness in the evening. Unless car nap, tula nap or nap on me she won't stay asleep. Has been up more at night as well. Definitely nursing a lot as well. But she has been smiling and is starting to more, focuses well, kicks, and is starting to bat at toys and coo....so cute =)
- Do you have any questions or concerns that you'd like advice on? Feeding, sleeping, anything?
So with dd1 we were bad about putting down drowsy but awake and I let her nurse to sleep. She was a terrible sleeper until age 2, but was from day1 and still doesn't require much sleep at age 3. I know most is temperament but want to be better about starting drowsy but awake with dd2. However we still have withing hours in the evening which run requires me to calm her and put her to sleep. I'm worried we may be behind the game for 4m sleep regression if fussy time continues to 3m. Any suggestions?
- QOTW: Any good plans for the 4th of July? For our Canadian mamas, did you do anything fun for Canada Day?
We stayed home all day. Got out dd1 kiddie pool, grilled then took 3yo dd to fireworks while my MIL watched dd2 (and did a good job getting her calm and to sleep after being up most of the day
