Quinn - thank you for your kind words. It sounded like she cannot be present at all- they mentioned that there could be conflicts with decision making and I can see why they wouldn't want to pay 2 providers for 1 birth. Got hit with a wicked cold today so I just assumed it was maybe related. Nope. Just had to poop apparently. Now I feel fine again.

(just started to hang out/post) I taught a student (and his brothers) who's mom just had her 7th boy in October. I can't imagine the chaos that house is! |

(just started to hang out/post) I taught a student (and his brothers) who's mom just had her 7th boy in October. I can't imagine the chaos that house is! 3 living sons. My 4th son was a late term loss, but we include him in our kid count. I know some people don't do that, but we prefer to. |

Just had to poop apparently. Now I feel fine again. You're welcome for the TMI. 😉 This happened to me last night. I had cramps so horrible and painful. It really unnerved me, they felt eerily similar to the cramping during my loss. Today I pooped for the first time in basically three days. Problem solved. PGAL brain is an asshole, as are my bowels. |

Anyway, I like you all. My life is crazy right now so I can't post as much as I would like, but I am here. I can't do dramatic right now at all. Can we stay here until things settle down? I don't want to make the move until I can live in my happy little world.

I found my maternity clothing in the cabinet in the garage! I am wearing maternity jeans now. So comfy! I am excited to break it all out. Elastic is wonderful!!
I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow. I found the HB again a week ago.
I am in the hospital with J. We aren't admitted but we are in a room. He keeps getting fevers and his hemoglobin was low today at 1pm appointment so we are doing a transfusion. It took forever to get the blood. Then when they got it, he ran a fever so they had to pull blood cultures and give iv antibiotics (40 minutes). The transfusion takes 3 hours. I will be home after 1am. :-( H was at the ER until midnight last night. I brought my pillow and they gave me a blanket. I am going to try to take a nap in the crib with him when they start the blood. Oh, his doctor admitted today she has no clue why he is getting so many fevers. She says she is losing sleep because of it. They are now testing him for very random things. I reached out to an international expert about it. I am handling it better than one would think, but I just want him to feel better, to get decent sleep and to have my life back.
