How far along are you? 12w 2d
How big is baby? An apricot
Upcoming appointments this week? I have my first tri screening on Wednesday
Any new symptoms or changes? My nausea is starting to get just a touch better, but I think that's expected at this point
Rants/Raves/Questions? Not really!
Random: What time of the year is your favorite? Summer! I love every part of it. Especially sitting out in the backyard at dusk around the fire pit

My husband and I share a birthday. Not In August but in October. Hence the 108 in my SN. He's two years older though. Fun! H is 3 yrs and 2 days older, but since we are on the school cut off he graduated 4 years before me and I call him a cradle robber. Do you have to share a cake? The best was when my inlaws got us a combined pink Disney princess cake for H's 30th. In their defense we were going to Disney in September that year. They tried. Oh yes. We share a cake. This past October was a big birthday for him so I mostly sat back and let him have it. He turned 40 so I made it a big deal for him. When I turn 40 he'll do the same for me.

How far along are you? 9w5d
How big is baby? A cherry
Upcoming appointments this week? Nope. My next appointment is with the mfm on June 6th.
Any new symptoms or changes? I'm still just exhausted and I think I look like I'm 5 months pregnant. My parents are coming to visit this week, so I hope they don't notice or if hey do, I hope they don't say anything.
Rants/Raves/Questions? Nope
Random: What time of the year is your favorite? Summer! That's an easy question because I don't have to work!

Waffle - how much water do you drink in the evening? I try to get most of my water in during the day, and only have a pint glass or two after dinner. I notice if I do that, it's usually only one MOTN pee sesh. sizzleb - I feel you on the weight gain. I was heavier when I got pregnant with my daughter, in part bc I had done first tri already and gained 15 lbs a few months before. But I've been 150 ish lbs since she was born, so seeing 172 (?!?) on the scale was a rough adjustment. The doctor told me not to worry though, that in her experience, a lot of women gain a lot in the first tri and little thereafter (which is what happened in my pregnancy with L). Here's hoping. I'm 11w4d. I'm going with alpha mom's lemon/lime because I am far too big for there to only be a fig in there. Next appt isn't until June 15th. My last loss milestone is on Friday, so I think I'm probably going to call for a Doppler check so I can feel like I've really made it past. Exhaustion is more sudden and severe and less all day, same with the nausea. I've been dry heaving and not so dry heaving more. Like jrun2013, I also look weeks beyond where I actually am in pregnancy. I tried on a maternity wrap dress today to see and I'm not sure when I'm going to feel comfortable wearing it bc even once I'm out, I don't know that I'm ready for the faces when I say I'm only 2.5 months along. I love summer. Warm weather, the pool and the beach, Heaven. I wish we had more of a swing in temps throughout the day though - 80s highs and 60s lows would be my ideal. I feel like we go from 90 to 80. 🔥 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

1. 12 weeks today!
2. A plum.
3. Friday, for my 12 week appointment + cell-free fetal DNA testing.
4. Sore breasts, lots of CM, heartburn and belching.
5. Yesterday I was much more careful with what I ate and drank - I ate very frequently but never let myself get totally full, and drank only water, and I had a very good night! Only standard queasiness, no doubled-over-in-bed-crying nausea. Unsure if it was the diet or just a good day, but I'll try to replicate that today.
6. First snow!

How far along are you? 9w5d How big is baby? Cherry Upcoming appointments this week? No lol Any new symptoms or changes? No, just exhausted, bloated, and breaking out.. still getting the random metallic taste every once in awhile. I don't feel pregnant at all, and it's making it hard to connect. Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm just ready to know my baby is ok. Random: What time of the year is your favorite? It's a toss up between spring and fall. I love it not being too hot or cold, but they both have their own special specifics

Solidarity on looking much further along than we actually are <3 I know it's no big deal, but I'm worried about people asking me how far along I am. I'm not even 10 weeks yet so I'm not "showing". I keep telling myself this is normal since I have been pregnant before so I shouldn't be embarrassed. I'm really excited for when we get legit bumps though! I've never loved my body more than when I was pregnant and showing

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk +1 to the weight gain. I am about 20 lbs heavier at the beginning of this pregnancy than my first. I was hoping to be more careful with my food, but I'm at the point that I need to eat whatever sounds good at the moment. Unfortunately for me it's a lot of carbs. I haven't had a lot of real cravings but I have had times where I pick something out to eat and then I can't eat it. I'm hoping I'm one of those women who packs more on in the first tri and then less later on.
