-No solids yet.
-I plan to pump at work, so long as I can keep up with everything. Hopefully, I can pump for a year. Right now I pump just enough to give her 6 to 7 bottles with 2 oz of breastmilk and 2 oz of formula. My supply has always been an issue.

gimmesugar I also find that making sure I eat breakfast (particularly having oatmeal) and being sure I am drinking plenty of water throughout the day has a big impact on my output when I'm pumping at work.
