Just caught up, way too sleep deprived yesterday! Congrats angryowl and irish14!! Can't wait to read birth stories! We are headed home today and I can't wait! I definitely feel like this scheduled c section has been so much easier than my first. I'm moving around and getting up and down way better than I was at this stage with dd1 and pain hasn't been bad at all! I was hoping it would be easier since no 21h of labor first and it has been this far! |

Morning! I'm hanging out in bed trying to find any way to comfortably lay down. Doesn't work so far  Since DD will wake up soon there's no point in pushing it. |

I'm planning to go to the local La Leche League meeting and should also be picking up my new chicks!

Morning!! I'm still laying in bed because I have no where to be this morning and I'm trying so hard not to be impatient about going into labor but I am. I thought maybe yoga may have jostled some things around last night but no luck. I have my mw appointment tomorrow and I'm praying so hard to have had more cervix changes. Today I'm going to a mama meditation thing and then the chiropractor but that's all I have. I need to keep busy but when I'm so uncomfortable in most positions it's hard. 😝

I am nursing the baby, then I need to get up and get the kids off to school. It is the last day, I am so excited. This sweet little baby of mine is a night owl, up from 11-1ish. Then I wake up at 7 (and of course a few times inbetween) to take my daughter to school, then my sons an hour later. ..but summer, summer I can sleep in till 9 when everyone has been waking up on the weekends, it will be glorious.
Also they can play with their 4 year old brother who has taken to spending his every waking moment wanting to play, and asking question after question. The questions wouldn't be too bad if he weren't looking for a certain answer. Example: "mom what does this look like?" "A fish" no " a frog" no "an airplane" no..just tell mme what you want me to say kid!!

We went swimming this morning, all 5 of us. Made the lifeguards super nervous and we got a 'talk' from the boss.

The mystery of why DS2 hates to lay flat still continues. Luckily MH is so incredibly helpful and I was able to get a lot of sleep tonight so when we go to my mom's after lunch he's going to spend the day sleeping.
Tomorrow is a busy day with DS2's pedi visit and then I have a lactation appointment to try and get these nips back under control so I can quit this pumping business.

We're getting a new dishwasher installed right now. On Saturday we were watching tv while the dishwasher ran and it made a strange noise, DH went to check it out and the dishwasher was smoking! We're just thankful we didn't turn it on before we went to bed because we would have had a fire.

Ahhh....all the labor vibes babystandish! So dd1 one asks me today when she got to the hospital "is she eating your boob?" With the most serious face. Then cue breastfeeding brief discussion. Haha 3 year olds!! |

And the dishwasher installer is an asshole.... the previous homeowner did a kitchen update and installed tile floors and it's creating a problem getting the old dishwasher out. The guy didn't even explain what was happening just asked DH, what do you expect me to do? We were like uhh what do you mean? You're the professional you tell us the options and what's happening
