R slept until 7:45 which was awesome. It took almost an hour to get her down, but she had only 1 wake up!
Just fed her, and now heading to the gym shortly. Work tonight.

DH got called in at 11:30pm to go to work. There was a pole on the ground so he didn't come back home. I got a text at 6:45am that they had finally finished and had to get their trucks unstuck. It's been raining all night. DD1 woke up crying at 5:15 and came and got in bed with me and DS2. I didn't sleep very well after that.

I got all the way to work this morning & realized I forgot my computer at home. Freaking Mondays man.
Good news is I only work 3 days this week then it's a five day weekend!

Pumping at work and then having a weekend of breastfeeding really tanked my supply. I wish these things came with instructions! Sorry about your crappy night linewifekat |

Well, we are awake and moving. DS2 slept pretty well for him. I'm drinking coffee and DH is giving DS1 breakfast.
My older sister is being an asshole and I'm over placating to her whims. My little sister and her friend are here this week watching DS1 and DS2 since they don't have Mother's Day out until June. She's upset we didn't tell her and make plans. She ridiculous and in residency so how was I supposed to know she had time off.
Sorry, I won't carry on with my ranting her.
TL; DR. My big sister is an asshole and drama filled.

Hey, ya'll! I'm here. It's been a crazy week. I think to keep up with all my people, I'm going to have to join, like, 129,039,754,896 forums. I haven't linked this to my tapa yet, but I will tonight. This weekend I was slammed, so I didn't have time to reply to all the messages and forum changes and board-life.
I had a girls night this weekend and it was soooo needed. Five appetizers, four bottles of champagne, and a lot of tears later I feel like a new person. I swear, a night with the girls is good for the soul.
But DAMN did I miss my kids! Being away from C for the first time was tough. But I'm really blessed that MH was willing to take on the first overnight visit alone.

Parade today. MIL is coming because DD1 changed her mind about walking in it with me when she remembered if she walks in the parade she can't be on the side catching thrown candy. It's supposed to be great weather so should be a fun day out.

It's my last week of maternity leave. I've been feeling down for a while and this weekend was rough on me (my family babysat S while I painted the basement. I only had her for feedings). I've been crying all morning. Every time S smiles at me, more tears. I'm second-guessing my decision to go back to work. I haven't felt this miserable in a long time.
