We are OOT at my work conference. Thought it would be ok to have DH watch the kids while I'm at meetings. So far this has been a bad idea. And both DS and my little EBF DD have green poop. zcookiemonster - the girls poop turned green one day but pedi said it was fine so long as it was green, brown or yellow. musicallyinclined - this prompted me to check and yup, leap 3! They have been sleeping more this week so maybe it's related? The girls are doing great. It seems that they are sleeping to about 6am regardless of eating at 9, 10 or 11pm. I go back to work tomorrow...one 12-hour night shift a week until July, then I will do just one 12-hour day shift. I have all the feels. I'm feeling some sort of way about all the board drama. I kind of find it ridiculous that we all up and left. I don't really care enough about Naria or her vision of the board (that we don't pay for), to care about what she said/did. I regret being the person to bring up the Ketchup/IF drama as that seemed to become a big sticking point for everyone and I have feels about that as well. Mostly I'm annoyed that my peeps are in 3 different places now. .

wineandcupcakes it is annoying how it all went down. The only reason I came here was beause people kept saying the whole site was going to go down and I didn't want a replay of TD cause that's how I lost my M12 BMB. Now posts say the 2 other admins are defecting from Naria but she's keeping the board going herself (I haven't been back to read this is hearsay from my N15s)? I could care less. I'm fine going back to our old board, or just staying here until when/if all of TCF finds a home. I've gone to FB permanently for my N15 board so I only have my F17 stuff on forum now. I get how it could be super irritating for ladies with boards split all over when this all started with a pissing contest then a bunch of old drama got dragged in and new feelings got hurt and shit blown out of proportion. I get sticking up for friends, but the sheer volume of shit and number of fans was not something I saw coming.

When Naria pulled this stuff on the IF community, we just quietly took it to FB. Everything that went down feels sort of like a temper tantrum. I just don't care enough to get that passionate about forum growth, I just want a spot to connect with everyone. Now there are two other forums vying to become "the" forum and its so dramatic. I certainly had a part in the drama on the SOTF board but I was trying to stick up for the loss community after some particularly hurtful comments and the fallout from that...I just can't even. At least we are here and there isn't any drama! |

*Moving my edit down here so you do not miss it* wineandcupcakes ETA: do not blame yourself for the Ketchup drama. So many of them didn't believe any thing when it was happening and then it became their hill to die on. It was just mob mentality by that point. |

wineandcupcakes - I'm so glad to see you here! Being part of the loss community, I can tell you that some content in those long-ass threads really bothered me. And do NOT blame yourself for any of that drama. Things really really got out of hand and a lot of things came to light. I know some loss members left TCF forever because they have personal relationships with Na.ria, so that's a whole other factor. I'm fine staying here for now and figuring out what to do later, whether that be TCF or some other place. I'd love to go back to TCF for convenience (I'm still part of another board there), but it's not a big deal. I just want to make sure we have a place to talk about green poop, how little our SOs do, and whether cheese is gluten-free.

I finally got through the SOTF and the Let's Have The Talk threads, but by the time I got to them a lot of content was deleted. I missed the loss stuff several of you are talking about.
I don't blame people getting upset though. The handling of that situation by the admins was atrocious. But I hate how all the boards are split up now. I haven't been participating elsewhere recently but I had planned to start posting on the infants board. Oh well.
+1 on gratefulness for you guys and having a place to ask about my kid's poop!
