I found my maternity clothing in the cabinet in the garage! I am wearing maternity jeans now. So comfy! I am excited to break it all out. Elastic is wonderful!! I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow. I found the HB again a week ago. I am in the hospital with J. We aren't admitted but we are in a room. He keeps getting fevers and his hemoglobin was low today at 1pm appointment so we are doing a transfusion. It took forever to get the blood. Then when they got it, he ran a fever so they had to pull blood cultures and give iv antibiotics (40 minutes). The transfusion takes 3 hours. I will be home after 1am. :-( H was at the ER until midnight last night. I brought my pillow and they gave me a blanket. I am going to try to take a nap in the crib with him when they start the blood. Oh, his doctor admitted today she has no clue why he is getting so many fevers. She says she is losing sleep because of it. They are now testing him for very random things. I reached out to an international expert about it. I am handling it better than one would think, but I just want him to feel better, to get decent sleep and to have my life back. You and J are in my thoughts and prayers daily. Keep your head up. I'm just going to wait until the final decision has been made and somebody here tells us/me where to go as that's where everyone is going or is already there.
I just don't have the energy to sign up to loads of places lol

beefinch final decision was aplacetomeet. We do have a BMB set up there along with most of the other boards from TCF.

pootsen my midwife told me at my first appointment that the OB has to do the birth (vbac) but if I want to still follow with the midwives they are allowed to attend the birth as well as scrub in and assist if a c-section is necessary. There is a "meet and greet" planning session with the OB sometime during a regular visit. I would absolutely ask her about the video before you make a move.
