Any update from piratecat? If I remember correctly, they were going to try another version before her scheduled c section today

We had a weight check today, and are done with weight checks! Both gained about 9 ounces since last week. The doctor gave us the go ahead to stretch our overnights to every 4 hours, hopefully they cooperate.
We got brave after the doctor and went grocery shopping. I hauled around the giant stroller while my husband loaded the cart. L started fussing a bit when it was time to pay but we were able to make a break for it and get home for the next feed.

Congratulations, babystandish! Great news, irish14. I hope she gets to come home soon! I haven't tried pre-pregnancy pants on (other than leggings), and can't even find my maternity jeans at this point. Due to all of the IUI and IVF hormones in the months leading up to my FET, I'm below my pre-pregnancy weight, but I have a lovely pooch that is nicely covered by flowy shirts and tucked in by leggings. Real clothes (summer clothes at that!) are going to be interesting...

After the talk about pre-pregnancy clothes, I decided to try mine on, which was a bad idea. My fat pants barely fit so I didn't even try my regular pants. I'm telling myself that c-sections are harder on your stomach and I'm still swollen but I know that's probably not true. So depressing.

sleepymonkey, don't be hard on yourself, it has not been long at all since you had a baby, and I'm sure the c section will mean it takes a little longer. It's a miracle any of us fit into our fat pants at this point, muffin tops and all!
