Took today and tomorrow off work 🙌🙌🙌
Currently getting a hot stone massage pedicure and a gel manicure. CSection is on Tuesday so I'm taking advantage of the next 4 days as much as I can!!

I had my 40 week appointment and I'm super psyched cause I am 2cm dilated and 80% effaced. About 10 days ago I was barely 1cm and only 25%. So it might not mean much but something is happening!!!!! I'm so relieved! And originally I was going to be annoyed going over my due date but now I'm thinking we can do some fun stuff this weekend if I'm still pg so might not be the worst thing. 😜

I also put a pot roast in the crock pot... never cooked one before. Let's hope it turns out well! It seems pretty fool proof

This day is entirely too busy. Pedi, lactation consult, and now I have to take DS2 to the lab because he's looking jaundiced. Stay home and rest they say... suuuuuuuure.  |

DD is feeling better, though she still has a nasty cough, so she is at daycare today. It's my first day home alone with DS and it's been pretty easy so far. I got up to help get DD ready for daycare and then went back to bed until DS woke up at 9:15am. It was much needed extra sleep. I think we may take a trip to Target after lunch so we'll see how that goes. DS has been getting his fussy time starting around 4:30 everyday so I'm trying to figure out if we should go pick up DD before then because I don't know if I feel like dealing with a screaming baby in the car if I can avoid it. But it's also hard to deal with a screaming baby and a needy preschooler at home so I'm damned if I do, damned if I don't.

Calm and quiet day today after being super busy yesterday with DD2s 2 week appointment, visit with MIL and a work event. Everyone in my office went to an escape room thing- H was able to come home early so I could go, and while I don't miss work yet, it was nice to see my coworkers (most of them...). Also got to go have a beer with everyone afterwards which was nice even though it wasn't my kind of bar.
Today is just snuggles and cleaning. Will go on a walk later along the river before we go pick up DD1 from daycare.

sleepymonkey thanks for reminding me I don't think I told y'all yet lol. I had a baby yesterday! Team green turned to team pink! Her name is N (poof). She weighs 8lbs and 20 inches long. Delivery was a lot faster this around. Pdq Poof Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Have a great relaxing day SomersIsles I am just going through my prepregnancy clothes pulling out what works, which is not too much, a few pants and shirts. My boobs are so huge in comparison to what they were that I can't even fit some shirts over them. Luckily a few bigger sized pants some how made it through the last time I organized my clothes. I am major muffin topping over my pants with my belly, but I look 12 weeks pregnant now instead of 20 so I will take it Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk |

babystandish, Congratulations! She's beautiful and I love the name! sagen, I haven't even tried my pre-pregnancy clothes yet because I'm scared. I have been living in soft pants, flowy skirts and t-shirts for the past 3 weeks. I am back to my (too high) pre-pregnancy weight but I know my pants are not going to fit. I plan on waiting until 6-7 weeks postpartum to even try my clothes on and then go shopping before I go back to work at the end of June. My shirts should be ok but pants will be very iffy.
