cmb, I have no idea. Milk has never come out, even though I produced. That was the reason I failed at BFing the first time and I'm pretty sure I would've had the same problem this time if I had attempted. I have noticed that I'm getting a few little breakouts on my face now and the hair on my legs is growing faster again so it seems like my hormones are going to back to pre-pregnancy state. So maybe that means AF isn't far behind (not that I'm looking forward to it.)

lupincat, DS has started to not want to nap anywhere other than on someone lately. At night, he'll sleep wherever you put him but during the day, he must be held.

I thought for sure mine would have came back by now since, like you, my hair is growing faster and fuller (I'm not a lucky one when pregnant with the luscious locks) and I've had quite a bit of cramping. I'll take it, though, because I don't really want it back

When do you guys call the pedi for suspected infections? C has been whiny all day and has had a low grade fever since this morning. Although I asked her if anything hurts and she said no. With as much as we've been at the doctor for B in the last couple weeks I hate rush in again for nothing. Should I just give her some Advil or something?
B has a well check on Wednesday so I could always ask them to take a look in her ears while we're there if that's not waiting too long.

I wouldn't worry about a low grade fever as long as everything else seems fine.
Good luck to all those headed back to work.
My baby is too funny. When he doesn't want to nurse he will latch on then pull off and make this grossed out face. Usually I just feed on cue, but in a minute here I have to go run errands and pick up kids. I just tried nursing him to get it over with a bit early, and he latched on the gagged a bit, he acts like it is disgusting haha. I think it is so cute. He fell right back asleep, but I have to wake him in about 5 minutes to leave :/

tortor4, I would wait a few days with a low grade fever and general funk before calling the pedi. DD had 2 full days of a fever and just being whiny and "off" a few months ago and once the fever broke, she was fine. I just treated her with Tylenol to make her comfortable.

lastkiss, that is amazing!! We've had a couple nights like that and it's so good for everyone. Fingers crossed you have many more! sagen, we get the same faces after the bottle sometimes. sleepymonkey, I had some spotting then started birth control again. I've had cramps in the last week, which is super.

@tortor 48 hours is our pedi's rule for toddlers. lastkiss sorry about the hair loss. I've never had that issue so I don't know but I've heard people say several months 👎🏻

Thanks guys! I tend to overreact about medical things so I'm really glad I asked.

I'm so tired of the Texas heat. I feel like we are cooped up inside all the time.

I'm so tired of the Texas heat. I feel like we are cooped up inside all the time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I feel the same way about Florida heat. It's like we have the exact opposite "hibernation periods" than the rest of the country. Winter is our time to be outside and enjoy the pleasant weather without feeling like we're suffocating in the extremely humid and hot air.

I think I'm going to break down and buy an Instant Pot. Everyone raves about it on what was formerly Parenting and after some investigation, I think it might be a good option for us as a two working parent family. With a little meal prep in the evenings, maybe we can actually have some healthy dinners on the weekdays. Weekday dinners are our biggest struggle since we don't get home until 6-6:15.

I feel like if we do anything we need to do it by 10am and I'm not usually awake enough at that time to drag the kids anywhere. I hope August goes by fast because it's always the worst.
